He specializes in legal and economic analysis of market operations. He has worked in the public and private sectors in merger control, monopolistic practices, relevant market definition, as well as in competition law compliance programs.
Previously, he worked at the Federal Economic Competition Commission (COFECE) as General Coordinator of Concentrations. Previously, he worked as head of department at the Federal Court of Tax and Administrative Justice (Tribunal Federal de Justicia Fiscal y Administrativa).
