Nicole Skaf

Economist

Nicole Skaf is an economist with a multidisciplinary background in energy, infrastructure, and international policy. She currently works as an economist at FK Economics.

Nicole primarily advises on market strategies, technology commercialization, economic analysis, and damages estimation in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

She holds a Master’s in Economic Development and Innovation from the University of Waterloo and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Affairs from the University of Toronto.

Previously, Nicole worked as a consultant in the Energy Practice at Charles River Associates and as a policy advisor at Natural Resources Canada, where she supported the development of regulatory frameworks for small modular reactors and led clean energy trade and investment initiatives in key international markets.
