Pascuala Domínguez Ovalle

Economist

Pascuala Domínguez specializes in public policy, impact evaluation, and finance. She currently works as an economist at FK Economics in the Santiago office.
 
Her experience covers a wide range of sectors: she worked at Chile’s Ministrys of Social Development and Ministry of Economy, served as Senior Research Manager at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) for Latin America and the Caribbean, directed Impact Strategy at the startup Betterfly, and later served as Finance Strategy and Controlling Manager at Sodimac Chile.
 
Since 2010, she has taught courses in optimization, public policy, and social entrepreneurship at Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC). She has also taught in the Master’s in Public Policy program at Universidad Diego Portales (UDP) and the Behavioral Economics course in the Master’s in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at Universidad de Las Américas (UDLA) in Ecuador.

Pascuala holds a degree in Business and Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC), a Master’s in Management from the same institution, and a Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from Harvard University.

Education

  • Commercial Engineer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile (PUC), Master of Science in Management from the same university, and Master in Public Administration in International Development (MPA/ID) from Harvard University.
